Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable).

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Earrings (including studs, hoops, and ear cuffs)

Custom-made or personalized jewelry

Engraved items

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards
These items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include clear photos and your order number
If approved, we will offer one of the following:

A full refund

A replacement

A store credit (your choice, where possible)
We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by wear and tear, improper use, exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, or poor storage.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit
