Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (choose your window).

  • Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Earrings (including studs, hoops, and ear cuffs)

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry

  • Engraved items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

These items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos and your order number

If approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A full refund

  • A replacement

  • A store credit (your choice, where possible)

We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by wear and tear, improper use, exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, or poor storage.

4. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

  • Return shipping fees are not refundable

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability.

  • Exchanges must meet the same conditions as returns

  • If the new item has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly

7. International Orders

  • International orders are subject to the same return conditions

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and customs clearance

8. Care Disclaimer

Jewelry longevity depends on proper care. Refunds will not be issued for issues resulting from:

  • Improper storage

  • Exposure to water, sweat, chemicals, or cosmetics

  • Physical damage, pulling, or bending

  • Normal wear and tear
